This last week has been wonderful. Piper has been smiling and happy and I had a few days to do a dance workshop here in Crestone. Piper did stellar with Josh and Grammy Eileen. On Friday while I was gone Grammy reported Piper was saying "Mama" which is how we most often refer to me. I know Ma, Ba, and Da are the first sounds a baby makes. However, Piper is already associating me with this sound within a couple of days. Last weekend Josh said bonnet and she said Ba. We've had a random Da out of her, but Ma seems to be her favorite thing to say right now. We went for a hike on Sunday and when I was out of sight she would call out "mama mama" Josh would turn so she could see me and she would beam.
