Mud swimming and Bella

The rains this year are just incredible.

Honestly loving the moisture we so often lack. Humid and overcast, it's lovely.

And the Mosquitos seem to have deminished. Yahooo!!! Back to put door play!

And Piper is all about swimming in the puddles.

So while we have very active Grandparents near by, I thought it might be good to introduce a babysitter. Someone I trust and who could possibly act as a big sister, role model type for the girls.

Meet Bella.

Bella is my midwife Alycia's daughter -

And she's perfect for the job. Talented, imaginative, hard working and loves littles.

Piper came in from mud swimming and tracked mud through the house.

Bella cleaned it while I was putting Moxie down for a nap and didn't say a word. Self directed and not even looking for acknowledgment about it.

I love her!

Piper will spend a few days next week playing with Bella at their family farm.
