What a magical time.
Piper was up and in our bed at 5:38am
All a buzz at what she saw when she walked by the tree.
She had asked for two things from Santa. A cheshire cat and pink roller-skates.
and he delivered
So did Aunt Amy! "Scare" is a purple dragon puppet and has gone a long way in helping with some of the fear stuff which still lingers at times.
Santa got Moxie this dog guitar. Her glee was too much. She hugs it, talks to it and plays it constantly.
And all around fantastic day for sure!
Next day found us enjoying the spoils and relaxing and basking in our very first Christmas with out illness! We did it!!! It looks like keeping Piper gluten free is the ticket. We made all the family favorites gluten free and keep gluten out of the house so she doesn't feel like she's missing out. But on the few times something with gluten gets offered she declines. She says, "It's just not worth the boogies Mom."
