Yup- four...
Piper's birthday celebrations started with a sweet school ceremony.
The kids decorate, spell out her name and then she walks around the sun holding the earth and I get to describe her for each year of her life - including her birth.

Then all the kids pile up on top of her Dad :)
Well - for her celebration they did at least.

Back at home a tutu arrived from Aunt Amy

And we got ready for a party
Aka a play date with cupcakes!

Oh yes, and balloons. Lots of balloons!

Hair chalk

And for the first time Piper didn't wig out when we sand happy birthday to her

New costume dresses must've worn in the dirt pile

Miss Moxie is so close to full on walking it's crazy

In the mean time she'll just keep us laughing

Well.
Not all of us.
Piper is needing Moxie free zones. So we rigged her room and a space in the living room. She loves her sister, but she annoys her too.
Sounds about right.

Then it was time for to prep for Grandma Les to visit!

We've had the neighbors over a lot too- which is fun

Moxie has some high fever weird thing. At first I thought it was teeth. Then it came back and hit her hard. But after a 4 hour nap she was cool and happy so we took her for a walk.

Stunning weather for Leslie's visit. I think she's in heaven.

Piper sure is!

After the walk miss Moxie was just exhausted and unhappy. But we're hopeful she's on the mend and hope Piper escapes!
