Piper has been helping out a lot this week.
She has tons of new words and is stringing sentences together.
She's still shy about her talking, but she knows whats up.
well actually...
She knows whats down.
and up.
But she doesn't always know which one is which.
She often is in our arms saying up, up, up.
Or on the ground saying down, down, down.
But she's working it out.
She's also very clear these days about if she needs to go to the bathroom.
She has no patience for sitting on the potty
but she sure knows she needs to and will yell it from the roof top.
Dress up over at Giselle's house.
She LOVED this head band.
We've been getting together every week and the girls are doing awesome so we're going to try the Moms taking turns holding fort so we can get an hour here and there in the day.
Unclear on the whole "ride" aspect of this toy...
The other day I was sitting at home with Piper and she comes around the corner like this...
Ya. Thats Ansel she has there.
He may seems upset,
but he has yet to swipe at her, and the dang cat keeps coming back for more!
Here she is trying to put him in the tree!
Okay Grandpa.
You may want to stop reading.
Piper is up to some impressive antics.
ya.
She's balancing on the riding toy.
She waits until she's found her balance and then lets go.
And after a few days of this...
she started bouncing while standing up.
She's fallen a few times, but she even falls correctly, rolling onto her back.
She laughs and laughs and then climbs right back up.
Hiding is really big right now too.
You can't see me!!!!
Left alone for 2.3 seconds with a muffin.
Helping with Rum Balls, pre-rum.
More dress up.
We went to town in this one.
Forgot my camera, but she was quite the hit during our errands.
The cup Grandma Les had engraved for her is being used daily.
She loves tea (straight up - nothing in it. Herbal of course) and will only drink it in this cup.
and it finally snowed today.
So we hung out in our pjs.
Before heading out to Shumei for monthly Sampai.
She was not at all into the chanting. "no no no, go go go- Mom, we go now"
And when prayer happened?
ya.
Not so into the sudden quiet.
I hadn't taken her for awhile, but it was Christmas Card Photo time and she's getting older,
so I thought I'd try it out.
The Shumei girls have gotten older and calmed quite a bit.
Now its Piper's turn to raise some serious ruckus.
So finally "Owie"
Owie is what Piper calls Aoife.
She has such a sweet relationship with her, we are so lucky.
Aoife is expecting her own little girl in March actually,
so Piper has also been running around rubbing her belly and saying "Baby."
