All Clear

Dr. gave Piper the all clear.
Ears are good.
So we've got that.
But teeth continue to come in, so she's not out of the clear on the pain side of things.

So we did some finger painting with the cool edible finger paints the Easter Bunny got her.

This okay Mom?

Go ahead Sweets, it's just spinach and beets.

So here is the thing...
No one tells you about Toddlerhood.
I mean you see the occasional kid pitching a fit in public, but no one tells you about
when that starts to be your kid. Well.
Maybe not my kid. So far Piper is a socialite and saves the good stuff for me.
And only me.

Don'y get me wrong. She's still a gem.
I mean 98% of the time if I tell her not to do something she understands and follows my direction.
But that is not the current issue. The current issue is the "I want that now"
right now
And she's a toddler. There is no reasoning or explaining to a toddler.
"Hold on I'm pealing the orange right now for you"
ya right!

So we've succumb to the occasional video.
She lasts about a minute or two but it does the trick to "re-set" her because
once she gets going she has no clue how to stop.
Her favorire?
Fantasia

She's Old School like that

Grandma Sally made another cute shirt for Piper.
It was comical really, I'm chasing after her on my knees trying to button her up. Then try to take a photo and she's running (RUNNING) all over the house.

Stoping only to pick up her clothes.

Today when I went to download photos I found a bunch Aoife took today.
I know she loves Aoife, we all do - but it sure is wonderful to see what she's up to while I'm at work.
