and now for Oma

Grandma Leslie came for two weeks to help with the adjustments and soak up Piper and the sun in the high Colorado desert. Her good food, greenhouse planting, and overall clean up was much appreciated. She came bearing gifts, including some beautiful handmade clothes. By the end of her trip she decided to go by "Oma" until Piper came up with something else.

Piper's first tub proved to be exciting for everyone. She loves the water and we've now found the deeper and warmer the better!

The Ansel Contingent

Anyone who knows us knows our cat.
Well, we have two cats..., but Ansel aka "the first born boy" was a concern from the moment we knew we were bringing a wee-one into the house. Ansel has...ehem..issues. Issues that get worse when upset. But we have nothing to fear because Ansel has surprised us all with a distinct interest in Piper. Now we just have to see what happens when she can mess with him.
